The practice complies with the Data Protection Act (1984). All medical information is password protected and handled under strict security standards. Patient clinical information is only made available to authorized health professionals. Information to any other agency or individual is only released with the written authority of the patient or his/ her representative.

PATIENT CONDUCT
We operate a zero tolerance policy regarding violence or abuse towards doctors, nurses and members of staff. Patients who are violent or abusive will be removed from the list. Police action may also be undertaken. Please treat our staff as you would like to be treated by them.
