Making a routine appointment
All patients are seen by appointment.
To make an appointment either call in at the surgery or telephone on 01529 303 301 and select the option for appointments. Appointments are available with Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses and Healthcare Support Workers. When booking an appointment, giving the receptionist an idea of your problem can help them make sure that you see the correct Healthcare Professional
Please note that Doctor’s appointments are for 10 minutes.
Urgent appointments
Urgent cases will always be seen on the same day but please call reception as early as possible.
Telephone consultations
Doctors are available to be consulted by telephone. If you wish to discuss a matter or receive advice then please ring the surgery to arrange a telephone appointment and the doctor will ring you back at a pre-arranged time.
