Repeat prescriptions
Repeat prescriptions can be obtained in a variety of ways and need to be ordered at least 2 working days in advance.

- Send your prescription to us in the post
- Fax your prescription to us on 01529 415401
- Leave your prescription at the following post offices – Cranwell, Leasingham, Silk Willoughby and Anwick
- Leave your prescription Boots, Gohils or Tesco’s Pharmacy
- Order by telephone on 01529 414766 between 10 am and 12 Noon
- Leave your prescription at the Surgery in the prescription box
To obtain a username and password for SystmOnline, our online prescription ordering service, please come into the surgery with some photographic identification. A member of the practice team will then be able to create log in details for you.
If you need a new username or password for SystmOnline, again, please bring photographic identification into the surgery. A staff member will then be able to re issue your username and/or password.
Urgent medication
Urgent medication can be obtained from the practice during normal opening hours.
When the Practice is closed, Boots, Tesco or Gohil's chemist would be able to assist you.
If the chemists are closed please contact NHS Direct on 0845 46 47.

If you have a query about your medication, please contact a member of our Dispensary Team by calling 01529 303 301 and selecting the option for the Dispensary.
The Dispensary queries line is open between 9.30am – 12.30pm and 2.30pm – 5.00pm.
