If more than one member of the family needs to be seen please ask for a separate appointment for each. You are not restricted to the doctor with whom you are registered and for non-urgent appointments you may see whom you wish..
If you struggle with mental health, or mental health related issues, you can self refer to SPA (Mental Health). The telephone number for SPA is: 03031234000, alternatively you can refer via their website: http://www.lpft.nhs.uk/steps2change/ and follow the links to the self-referral page.

If you have an urgent problem you will be asked for some details and a clinician will then ring you back as soon as possible. Our aim is to provide the right care at the right time. You may be asked to come down straight away, or you may be offered an appointment the same day with whichever doctor is available, or your problem may be one that can be managed on the telephone.
To make an appointment, please contact us. Please be aware that you can only book single appointments via this method. If you require more time for other reasons such as a medical or having a coil fitted, please call the practice on 01529 303301.
If you are too ill to attend the surgery and you require a home visit, please phone the surgery before 10am 01529 303301 and be prepared to give the receptionist a list of the symptoms and the contact telephone number for a clinician to call you first to determine the urgency. We cannot guarantee your request will be accepted, and it may be forwarded to another care provider or the Ambulance Service. Our facilities and equipment at the surgery enable us to provide a better service than we could at home, and we can see up to 6 patients in the surgery in the time it takes to do one home visit.
If you have a serious medical emergency that cannot wait, such as a suspected stroke or heart attack, please call 999.
