We dispense medicines for our patients who live over 1 mile from a pharmacy. Prescriptions issued during surgery appointments are dispensed immediately although patients may have to wait a short while for this to be done.
Repeat medications require 2 working days due to the checks we are required to carry out.
Minor surgery is available at Sleaford Medical Group. The surgery will contact you to arrange an appointment following your initial consultation
These are organised by our health visitor. They will be able to give more details at the appropriate time.
Appointments can be made to see any doctor for family planning advice during normal surgery times. We provide a range of family planning including the contraceptive pill, coils and implants. The GPs work with the midwives to look after women before and after the birth. Women wishing to have a home birth are welcome to discuss this with the midwives.
These are available for all adults by appointment with our practice nurses. We also run review clinics for those with asthma, diabetes or ischaemic heart disease.
Healthchecks for over 75’s and Carers are also available. Please contact reception to arrange these.
