We here at Sleaford Medical Group, in these uncertain times are conscious, like most, about those people that may be vulnerable in the community. With this in mind, we are reaching out to our local population, to ask if there are any local businesses or volunteers that are supporting this vulnerable group at this time, e.g. shopping for those self-isolating, food deliveries, dog walking etc.
If you know of any services/businesses/volunteers please visit the pinned post on our practice Facebook page ( https://www.facebook.com/SleafordMedicalGroup/ ) and comment with the relevant information, so we can advise our most vulnerable and collate a list for our community, which we are going to be actively sharing amongst those identified as vulnerable.
