The practice is now starting to utilise a system called accuRx. This allows the practice to start offering video consultations, which we will integrate into our practice over the coming weeks.
This will work as a video consultation platform between your smart phone and the clinician’s device. When the appointment is due to be held the clinician will send you a text to state they are ready to start, including a link for you to follow.
Due to the abilities of this system, you may in the future receive sms messages that include attachments and/or links for additional information.
You will not need to set up an account to enable your use of this system, simply your smart phone and an internet connection. We do ask that you ensure that your mobile numbers are up to date and where needed update these via our ‘Change of Personal Details’ form found on our website; http://www.sleafordmedicalgroup.co.uk/contact-us/ .
